CALL FOR TENDER Project peer learning visits video

EUROCITIES is looking for a video production company (organisation or individual) to develop a video summarising the first activities of the Sharing Cities project. This video will bring together footage recorded during the three peer learning visits that took place in Lisbon, London and Milan. Each peer-learning visit offered the opportunity to the three follower cities (Bordeaux, Burgas and Warsaw) to observe and better understand the smart city solutions already developed or currently planned in the three lighthouse cities (Lisbon, London and Milan).

The video should be in line with other Sharing Cities communication elements and respect the brand and graphic identity of the project. Guidelines will be provided by EUROCITIES.

The interested individual/company should be able:

  • to draft a script in conjunction with the Smart Cities team
  • to edit the provided recorded materials into a max 2.5- 3.5 minute video
  • to propose licence free music and sound effects
  • to propose different voice over solutions

Deadline for receiving quotes: 2 June 2017, 12:00

The maximum budget available for this call is €4,000 (including VAT).
Note: Please include at least 3 rounds of corrections.
