On 24 May, the Smart City Institute in Liege is organising a day dedicated to the exchange of best practices in sustainable and intelligent territories. This event, called ‘Smart Inspiration Day’, will start early afternoon and run until the evening.
It will offer participants the possibility to attend workshops and discussions on specific topics and an inspiring conference. The workshops will focus on themes such as e-governance, key performance indicators of smart measures, and entrepreneurship in smart cities. These workshops will be held in French.
The evening conference (in English), starting at 18:00, will feature Pierre-Yves Jeholet, vice president of the Walloon region and a keynote speech from Rob Van Gijzel, former mayor of Eindhoven who will present the conversion of Eindhoven and its region into a sustainable and intelligent territory. More speakers will be confirmed in the next weeks.
EUROCITIES will be attending the day and sharing experiences and inspiration from the Sharing Cities project.
