The Sharing Cities Consortium meeting will be taking place on the 10-13th April in Lisbon, Portugal. This meeting will bring together the cities and partners involved in the programme to showcase the work they have done. This will also be an occasion for all 12 lighthouse projects (SC001 H2020 projects) to organise common workshops and study visits, focussing on the latest developments in Lisbon related to public building retrofit, Sustainable Energy Management System, and E-mobility, within the Sharing Cities programme. One tour will be organised in English, and another one will be held in Portuguese.
In parallel to this event, the Portugal Smart Cities summit is taking place from 11 to 13 April, during which a public session on the 12th April from 10:00 to 13:00 will be organised by Sharing Cities.Those registering to the conference will be able to meet speakers from the Sharing Cities such as Nathan Pierce from Greater London Authority, Chair of the 12 lighthouse projects and Director of Sharing Cities, and Rui Franco, Deputy Councillor for Lisbon and many more. It will be also an opportunity to hear more about the Smart Cities Information System ( SCIS) to be presented by Nikolaos Kontinakis , EUROCITIES and the European Innovation Partnership on Smart Cities and Communities Business Models Action Cluster by the chair, Bernadett Köteles-Degrendele. This event will include a range of smart tech experts and decision makers from across Portugal, business and academia representatives from several scale up cities. There are 5 places available for cities that are not involved in any of the lighthouse projects. These places will be allocated on the first come-first served principle.
